Know the importance of sacrifice on goat Eid

According to the beliefs of the Islamic religion, it is said that the practice of sacrificing started from Prophet Hazrat Ibrahim. It is said that Allah once told Prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice the loveliest thing to prove his love and faith and so Prophet Ibrahim decided to sacrifice his only son.

It is said that when Prophet Ibrahim was about to kill his son. At the same time, Allah sent his messenger and replaced the son with a goat. Since then Bakra Eid is celebrated to remember Prophet Ibrahim's faith in Allah.

Males celebrate this festival by sacrificing male goats. It is divided into three parts, the first part is given to relatives, friends and neighbors. The second part is for the poor and the needy and the third is for the family.
